Taste of Chicago 2010

I saw him at the Taste of Chicago. I was leaving the concert while Salt-n-Pepa was performing. We made eye contact, smiled at each other at exactly the same time, he waved and I waved back. He is a black male with medium skin tone, tall, and bald. I think he was wearing an orange polo.
