Brief encounter

I am a black male and was with a short woman friend and I noticed you as came into sight from 14TH street and seventh. We made eye contact (I hope it I wasn't imagining it) and was confused about what I should do. I noticed you were around 20 minutes and you walked back to corner. I still was unsure of my next move. I walked down the train stairs, came back up and you weren't there. My loss. Unless, you read this.
